i added this sentance. it's not great - but I think that we have to
address the question of what we're asking them to do. I don't want
them to feel that if they join the mailing list they are committing to
something.
"We're not asking you to decide now if you want to become co-founders.
Join us in discussion via the mailing list and the wiki and you will
be able to decide if and how this spaces reflects your work or values.
We will be launching COACID sometime in January."
