[CivicAccess-discuss] Wiki and announcement status

one small suggestion (in the name of simple language):
change: "community of practice"
to: "group" or a "network" or "a loose network"
I'm not sure what a community of practice is, but it sounds scary, and
makes me think, "oh, I don't belong here."
I don't know about the corresponding French term.
