[CivicAccess-discuss] Free Electronic Publications from Stats Can

Hi all,

FYI - Stats Can has just announced a new policy on its electronic
publications. They will now be offering them all for free. This seems
somewhat significant, but of course this does not apply to databases etc.
Anyone have any background on this change of approach?
