Love the idea behind this map and legend system.. too bad that ArcGIS web interface is based on flash = not easiily iOS compatible :(
Anyone have any better luck with open-mapping examples?

This is information, it is about transparency, procurement, and knowing where there is spending!  The icons and charts are interactive and link to content.  Cool!
