[CivicAccess-discuss] Open North joins the OGP

Hi everyone, happy summer.

To the Open North Team - you continue to lead the way in Canada and
globally. Truly, keep up the great work and inspire others. Also, I think
it is very strategic of OGP to involve scrappy techs like you to deliver
inside the group as you do consistently elsewhere.
