[CivicAccess-discuss] Canada launches spending database without transactional spending data?

Cool, Ted! Would it be possible to add the data to OpenSpending? http://openspending.org/help/data-loading.html It should be straight-forward, and then you immediately benefit from all their visualizations, etc.

I'm curious to know which budgets didn't spend as much as allocated. It seems like in most cases, those values are equal.
