I like your thinking here Claire! So far those who have put their names
forward have done no outreach.

I guess the difference in the EITI CSO case is an organiZation with a
mandate and resources to so this work within a community of practice that
shares a thematic shared interest. There is no organization so far in
Canada that has the mandate to do this on the opengov and open data file.
